How to Make a Burger – Easy Recipe

Ingredients

For the Burger Patties:

  • 250g ground beef or chicken

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon paprika (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon oil (for cooking)

For the Burger Assembly:

  • 2 burger buns

  • 2 slices cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

  • 2 lettuce leaves

  • 1 tomato (sliced)

  • 1 small onion (sliced)

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or ketchup

Before We Start:

  • Use fresh ground meat for juicier burgers.

  • Do not press the patty while cooking to keep it tender.

  • Lightly toast the burger buns for extra flavor.

Instructions

Prepare Meat Patties

Step 1: Take a bowl, mix ground beef (any meat) with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix the whole meat and spices well.
Step 2: Scoop out some meat and shape it into a straight circle round (a patty). Make 2-3 slightly larger than your buns, depending on the quantity you brought. Make 2 meats otherwise you brought.

Cook Meat Patties

Step 3: Take a pan, pour oil, and let it heat over medium.
Step 4: Cook the meats for 3-4 minutes on each side until the color changes. Then flip it, place cheese on top, and cook the other side for 3-4 minutes.

Toast the Buns

Step 5: Take burger buns, cut them from between to have two sides, and slightly toast them on a pan for 1-2 minutes.

Assemble the Burger

Step 6: Take a slice of burger bun and spread mayonnaise or ketchup on it.
Step 7: Add lettuce, tomato, and onion slices.
Step 8: Place the cooked meat with melted cheese on top.
Step 9: Place another bun on top to cover the whole burger and gently press.

Have a burger along with fries and a drink. Enjoy every crispy bite!

Serve

On a plate, place a burger along with crispy fries and a soft drink, with ketchup and mayo dip. Put a few tissue papers and serve it with joy.

  1. Take minced beef and shape it into a ball (without any spices or seasoning).

  2. Heat a pan, add butter, and place meatballs.

  3. Smash them flat with a spatula and cook for 2 minutes per side.

  4. Now sprinkle salt and pepper, then add cheese.

  5. Toast buns, add sauce, place patty, and serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tsp mustard

Make two circular meat rounds (patties) with your hands, slightly larger than your bun size.
