Ingredients
Cold Brew Coffee
1 cup coarsely ground coffee
4 cups cold water
Ice cubes
Milk or sweetener (optional)
Frappuccino Coffee
1 cup strong brewed coffee (cooled)
½ cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
1 cup ice cubes
2 tablespoons sugar or sweetener
Whipped cream & chocolate syrup (optional)
Vietnamese Iced Coffee (Cà Phê Sữa Đá)
2 tablespoons dark roast coffee (ground)
½ cup hot water
2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
Ice cubes
Classic Iced Coffee
1 cup freshly brewed coffee (cooled)
½ cup milk or cream
1 tablespoon sugar or sweetener

Before We Start
Use a strong, dark coffee (like Robusta beans).
Blend well for a creamy texture.
Steep for at least 12 hours for full flavor.
Use coarse coffee grounds for a smooth, non-bitter taste.
Use a traditional Vietnamese filter (phin) or a French press.
Brew strong coffee so the taste isn’t too weak.
Instructions
Cold Brew Coffee
Step 1: In a jar, add ground coffee and pour cold water.
Step 2: Stir well, cover it, and let it steep in the fridge for 12-14 hours (the time takes, but it has more taste too).
Step 3: Strain it. You can use a coffee filter or a fine sieve.
Step 4: In a glass, add ice, then pour coffee over the ice. Add milk or sweetener if preferred.

Frappuccino
Step 1: Blend the coffee with milk, ice, and sugar.
Step 2: Blend it until smooth, then pour the coffee into a glass and top with whipped cream & chocolate or caramel syrup if preferred.

Step 1: Brew (boil) the coffee using a Vietnamese Phin filter or a French press.
