homemade juices
Here’s the perfect juice for you, which you’re gonna make yourself and taste after this effort. Orange, apple, carrot, mixed fruit.
Which fruit you’re gonna try to make? Absolutely it's your own. Every juice has benefits as they have taste.
Ingredients
Fresh Orange Juice
4 oranges (fresh and ripe)
½ cup cold water (optional)
1 tablespoon honey (optional, for sweetness)
Ice cubes (optional)
Apple Juice
3 large apples (any variety)
½ cup water
½ teaspoon lemon juice (to prevent browning)
1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional)
Carrot Juice
3 medium carrots (peeled and chopped)
½ cup water
½ teaspoon lemon juice (for freshness)
½ teaspoon ginger (optional, for extra flavor)
Mixed Fruit Juice
1 cup mixed fruits (orange, apple, pineapple, berries, banana)
½ cup cold water
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
Before We Start
Avoid citrus fruits with dairy (like milk or yogurt) to prevent curdling.
Strain if you prefer a smoother juice.
Adding ginger gives it a good spicy taste and boosts your digestion.
Peeling is optional—keeping the skin adds fiber.
Choose sweet apples for natural sweetness.
Strain the juice if you prefer a smoother texture.
Instructions
Fresh Orange Juice
Step 1: Using an orange juice machine, cut the oranges in half by hand. Place half of the orange over the blender and squeeze.
Step 2: It’s already strained, but if needed, strain again. Add honey for sweetness, but I don’t prefer this.
Step 3: Add water if it’s too strong; otherwise, it’s pure orange juice.
Step 4: Add ice, shake it, and add a pinch of black pepper.
Enjoy your orange juice!
Apple Juice
Step 1: Chop apples into small pieces after removing the seeds, then add them to the blender.
Step 2: Add water and lemon juice, then blend until smooth.
Step 3: Strain after blending with a fine sieve for clearer juice.
Add honey if preferred. It’s already done—add ice cubes for a chilled drink.
Apple juice is ready to drink!
Carrot Juice
Step 1: Peel the carrots, scratch them if you know, and cut them in half for easy blending. Add water and lemon juice to the blender along with half the carrots.
Step 2: Blend until smooth. Strain if preferred for a fine, pure juice.
Step 3: Pour into a glass, then add ice for a refreshing taste.
Enjoy your carrot juice with many more benefits!
Mixed Fruit Juice
Step 1: Chop all the fruits and add them to the blender. Blend with cold water.
Step 2: After smooth blending, strain if needed, then pour the juice into a glass with ice cubes. The chilled juice will bring flavor.
So done with another mixed fruit juice!
