Ingredients
For a Fruit Smoothie (Berry Blast)
1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 banana
1 cup milk or yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
½ cup ice
For a Green Smoothie (Energy Boost)
1 cup spinach or kale
1 banana
½ cup pineapple or mango
1 cup almond milk or water
1 teaspoon chia seeds or flaxseeds
½ cup ice
For a Protein Smoothie (Muscle Fuel)
1 banana
1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
1 cup milk or almond milk
1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
½ cup ice
For a Detox Smoothie (Cleansing & Refreshing)
1 cup cucumber (chopped)
½ cup pineapple
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 cup coconut water
Juice of ½ lemon
½ cup ice
Before We Start
Use frozen fruits for a thicker smoothie.
Add ice if you want a chilled and slushy texture.
Adjust sweetness by adding honey, maple syrup, or dates.

Instructions
For a Fruit Smoothie (Berry Blast)
Step 1: In a blender, add berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), banana, cup of milk, honey, and half a cup of ice.
Step 2: Blend all ingredients at once for 30-60 seconds until smooth. If it's too thick and you want to add more liquid, add milk or water.
For a Green Smoothie
Step 1: In a green smoothie, just add all ingredients—cup of spinach or kale, banana, pineapple or mango, almond milk or water, chia seeds or flaxseeds, and half a cup of ice.
Step 2: Blend now for 30-60 seconds or until smooth. Check consistency; if needed, add milk or water. Pour into long glasses and serve this smoothie.
For a Protein Smoothie
Step 1: Add banana, scoop of protein powder (vanilla or chocolate), cup of milk or almond milk, peanut butter or almond butter, cinnamon, and half a cup of ice to a blender. Blend it.
