Recipe of Chicken Alfredo with sauce, a little crunch, and the best taste! Start with boneless chicken, oil (ghee or butter). All you need to do is follow the steps below.

Questions & Answers are mentioned below.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced)

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta (or any pasta of choice)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Before We Start

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

  • Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips for even cooking.

Instructions

Cook the Chicken
Step 1: Take a pot, heat it with enough oil over medium flame. Add the sliced washed chicken, sprinkle the salt and pepper, stir once, then fry for a minute.
Step 2: Now add dry basil, stir again, and leave it for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Then remove from the stove and set aside.

Boil the Pasta
Step 3: Take a pot with enough water, a little oil, and a bit of salt. Boil the pasta according to package instructions, then strain it after simmering and set aside.

(Here I want to clear a point: If you prefer, remove the chicken from the pan and set it on a plate or another dish. Use the same pot again to sauté the minced garlic with butter. Alternatively, you can leave the chicken in the pan and use another pot.)

Make the Alfredo Sauce
Step 4: In the pan, add butter to melt and sauté the minced garlic for 30 seconds, until you smell the aroma.
Step 5: Pour the heavy cream into the pan and stir well. Add Parmesan cheese and stir continuously until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes. Then season with salt and pepper, if needed.

Combine Everything
Step 6: Add the cooked pasta to the Alfredo sauce and coat evenly. Return the cooked chicken to the pan and mix well.

Garnish
Transfer to plates, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm! Enjoy your Chicken Alfredo.

Serve

Serve Chicken Alfredo pasta with a sprinkle of oregano or black pepper, along with buttery crispy bread or a crunchy fresh salad!

What Goes with Chicken Alfredo

Chicken Alfredo alone is a better dish, but it pairs well with garlic bread, Caesar salad, steamed broccoli, roasted vegetables, lemonade, or bruschetta.
