How to Make Oats with Milk

To make oats with milk, start by adding 2 cups of milk (dairy or non-dairy) and 1 cup of oats to a saucepan. Let it boil and stir gently. You can add sugar and 1 teaspoon of your preferred sweetener (if using non-dairy milk, it may already be sweetened).

Cook on low flame for about 5 minutes or until the oats are soft. Once done, turn off the flame and transfer the oats into a bowl. Let it sit for a minute, then drizzle honey on top (you can also use cinnamon or blueberries as alternatives).

For an added crunch, crush a few nuts like walnuts or almonds and sprinkle them on top of the honey for a delicious, sweet, and crunchy flavor.

Give it a try – maybe this will become your new daily meal!
